Exchange policy
At Ziva Naseer, we stand behind the quality of our products and craftsmanship. Therefore, we do not allow returns on any Ziva Naseer item. However, we offer an exchange policy in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that no returns are allowed on final sale items or items purchased using a discount code, except for when flaws in workmanship are found.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchased, we accept exchanges on any item (other than final sale) that is unused. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. We also provide complimentary Ziva Care with every purchase to ensure that your handbag stays in great condition for years to come. If you have any questions or concerns about our exchange policy, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Please contact us here to approve an exchange. We reserve the right to deny exchanges to sender without prior approval. Only unused items will be accepted for exchanges within 14 days of when the item was delivered to you.
If your exchange is approved, please use original packaging to ship your item. If original packaging (including bubble wrap) is not available, we ask that you package the bag with similar protection to ensure its safe arrival. Please allow 21 days for us to process the exchange. Should you have any questions or concerns, please email info@zivanaseer.com and someone will respond to you within a 24 hour period.
Exchange Shipping
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
