Ziva Naseer Pre-Order Policy

At Ziva Naseer, we know our Ziva Divas love to secure their favorite designs before they sell out. A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that will be available at a later date.

Pre-Orders
You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order.  All pre-orders will be shipped within 8-10 weeks of the order date.  If your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will be shipped separately from the pre-ordered item. 

How Pre-Orders Work

• When you place a pre-order, your selected payment method will be charged immediately.

• Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the item or payment method.

• All pre-orders are made to order and therefore cannot be canceled once placed.

Shipping Timeline

• The estimated shipment date will always be listed on the product page and in your confirmation email.

• While we do our best to meet the estimated date, please note that shipping dates may vary due to production or transit delays.

Returns & Exchanges

• Pre-order items are still eligible for return or exchange within our standard return policy timeframe.
